Welcome to The New Mind Studio, your weekly space to think with intention, lead with clarity, and move what matters.
As we move toward 2026, most people rush into new goals. I'd rather slow down and ask better questions.
This issue is an invitation to do just that. Not just in your head, but in deep, rich conversations. With yourself, and with others.
CONNECT
I am a huge fan of deep, rich conversations.
Yes, I’m that friend. The one who brings question cards to dinner. Who gently pulls the deeper stuff out on a random Tuesday night. Who loves the moment a conversation shifts from small talk to something real.
To me, these conversations are where life and leadership really happen.
One day, I'll publish my own question deck. (Yes, we are manifesting here.)
Until then, I wanted to share something with you:
My top 20 questions I’m asking heading into 2026.
Use them for solo reflection. For honest talks with friends. Or for brave conversations with your team.
REFLECT
3 ways you can use the Deep Reflection Cards:
Solo: Grab a coffee, put your phone away, answer a few questions just for you.
With a friend: Pick 2–3 cards each. Take turns answering. Listen. Let it get real.
With your team: Start your next meeting with 2–3 questions before talking goals or use them in 1:1 sessions.
You can answer these in writing or talk them through on a walk. Record a voice note or discuss them late at night.
The goal is to make space for real reflection and conversation.
Here are three of my favorite questions with my answers:
Which decisions felt bad looking back, and what warning signs did you ignore?
We almost bought a house. I'm so glad we didn't.
Learning for 2026: If it's not a clear hell yes, it's a no. My gut knows first.
What surprised you about yourself in 2025?
I still underestimate how much rest I need with small kids.
Learning for 2026: Schedule your life in your calendar first. Plan for rest like for everything else.
Where did I step outside my comfort zone?
Launching this newsletter. How cool is it to build a community and receive a reader email? I did not expect that at all.
Learning for 2026: Being out of my comfort zone feels amazing!

GROW
Reflection is the base for growth. And deep, honest conversations are how that reflection takes root.
We're navigating change everywhere. At work, at home and in ourselves. Without questions, it all blurs.
When we skip reflection, we do something else too: We set goals without clarity. We start running without knowing where we’re actually headed.
It looks productive. But it’s directionless.
Let these conversations be the base layer. Decide who you want to be and what you’ve learned — then decide what you’re building next year.
Because you only live once. And default is not a strategy.
See you in 2026.
Until then,
Nadia
P.S. If you tried the Deep Reflection Cards, tell me about it. I'd love to hear.
